Michael is the active CEO of Munsterman Automotive Group, a full-service automotive dealership that he is using as a case study to disrupt and educate the broken automotive industry. 

After losing his father at the age of 7, Michael’s grandfather stepped in and began to groom him for business and success by identifying what Michael calls the 4M’s: Manage, Motivate, Masculinity, and Mindfulness. He reminded Michael insistently to communicate clearly with purpose and with an end game in sight while always “walking with your eyes open.”

Michael since 2005 is responsible for between $180-250M in retail sales through his previous 10 ventures. He has privately coached and mentored numerous business owners, communicators and sales people across dozens of industries.
